      "To be honest, its not worth the money for a visual inspection. The main reason for the inspection was to see if the property had any issues and any pests; especially under the flooring, looking at the stumps and in the roof cavity. This was not done due to "access restrictions". It is an old house and the cieling manhole didnt meet current regulations and therefore they didnt even try to inspect the roof cavity because the hole was too small. I'm a large man at 6'4 and had zero issues gaining access to the manhole. While there isnt access above, at least a visual check through this hole should have been achieved. Similar issue with the subfloor area, the inspector decided there wasn't enough space for him to enter, yes it would have been tight, yes. but could he have entered. Though he did at least partially look through and get some photos of the underfloor area. I had a tenant in the house at the time and mentioned this when I was booking the inspection, but supposedly this doesnt meet the standards as it blocks inspection etc. this wasnt clarified at the time of booking."
